Development Team

Our R&D activities are performed by one of our founders and major shareholder, NxTech, which traces its roots back to the Norwegian projector industry (ASK, Proxima, and InFocus). NxTech was founded in 2008, and since then, the proficient development team has undertaken numerous intricate IoT projects across various relevant sectors. Consequently, they have attained a prominent position in hardware and software development, excelling in both the automotive and energy industries. NxTech’s references include countless of successful products for Norwegian and foreign customers in both industrial and consumer markets.
At our MID certified EMC Lab we ensure our solutions adhere to all security and industry standards. Our development team is experienced in mechanical, electronic and industrial design, from initial concept to product release while following all regulatory and compliance requirements. We have a thorough experience from the full energy storage and distribution value chain, with developments of complete electric vehicle drive trains, battery management systems and implementation, motor and motor controller, regeneration and charging, diagnostics and service tools.

Lab at the University of Stavanger
We collaborate with the University of Stavanger, which brings cutting-edge academic research directly into our product development pipeline.
Our CTO, is currently pursuing a PhD at the university. He works closely with the university’s robust R&D resources and specialized expertise in energy systems, accelerating our progress in developing pioneering bidirectional charging technology.
